I love Pilates! I love the positive impact it has on so many of my clients.

The differences we see, time and again, often in a relatively short space of time, are amazing!

It is a fantastic way to improve your core strength and posture.

I work with a whole body approach so all areas of the body get a work out, but we focus on building a strong core and improving back strength which leads to good posture. This reduces lower back pain.

We start the class with mobilisation, getting your joints warmed up and nourished, ensuring joints stay healthy. Who doesn’t want healthy joints?

In the main phase we work the body. We have an emphasis on shoulder and pelvic stability. The core and back are worked as is the Pelvic floor (we all want that kept healthy!)

These exercises will have a positive impact on your day to day living, bringing good habits to your daily movements.

We culminate the class with some stretches, this helps to ensure your muscles work to their best advantage and keep their elasticity

Finally, we practice some relaxation, a necessity in this modern world where we live a 90mph.

You also get a little homework, just to keep you focused on gaining those new habits

About The Course

In this course, the Pilates Exercises are adapted to the needs of the whole class, from beginner to advanced.

It’s a progressive course, meaning, we do the same exercises for the 6 weeks. This allows us to really learn the exercise and then to progress and add difficulties.

All One2one’s and classes take place in the friendly, relaxing atmosphere of my beautiful boutique studio, The Lotus Room.

All sessions are suitable for all levels and beginners are welcome.
Classes have a maximum of 12 participants, so lots of space to move and plenty of personal attention.
