A great class to keep the body moving and healthy.

We use Yoga and Pilates exercises to strengthen the core, stretch the muscles and nourish the joints.

It’s all about functionality…we have squats and warriors for leg strength. Shoulder mobilising for healthy shoulder movements. Twists for healthy, flexible spines. And those all important core and back exercises for posture and balance.

All sessions are suitable for all levels and beginners are welcome.
Classes have a maximum of 12 participants, so lots of space to move and plenty of personal attention.
