A workshop to help you relax and feel calm.
We will be looking at Relaxation and Breathing techniques.
The workshop will last 2 & a half hours and will cost £25 pounds.
We will look at differing techniques and how these can be brought into your day to day.
Light refreshments will be provided.
Please wear warm, comfy clothes. Fluffy socks and slippers welcome.
