A great class to keep the body moving and healthy.

We use Yoga and Pilates exercises to strengthen the core, stretch the muscles and nourish the joints.

It’s all about functionality…we have squats and warriors for leg strength. Shoulder mobilising for health shoulder movements. Twists for healthy, flexible spines. And those all important core and back exercises for posture and balance.

Tuesday’s

10-11 am

At The Lotus Room

The course runs for 6 weeks and costs £50, or
£10 per session Pay as You Go.

Exercises will be designed around the needs of the group and adapted as required.
You will need to complete a medical questionnaire before commencing the course.
