Why have a One2One or Two2One?
There are lots of reasons, but mainly, it’s about you.

You may have an issue or injury you want to address
You might want to reach a specific goal.
One2Ones are all about personal attention and development.
They are about achieving your goals and being the best you can be.
I offer 2 types of One2One sessions:
30min Technique Sessions
A 30min session, booked on an individual session basis, to help you improve your Pilates Hundred or Yoga Sun salutations, or whatever it is you wish to look at.
It will allow us the opportunity to really look at the nuances of the positions and what adjustments may be required to perform them better, to really get the most out of your sessions.
The sessions will cost £25. Please feel free to discuss your requirements with me.
The sessions are adapted to your specific needs, using a progressive Pilates and/orYoga plan tailored to you.
We can target weaker areas and build up your strengths, so you achieve your goals.
Following an initial assessment, I create a progressive plan for you which we implement together on a weekly basis.
An initial consultation will be performed where I will carry out a detailed Postural analysis and we will discuss goals. Following this I will create a personalised progressive plan to enable you to attain your goals. I will then implement the plan with you via weekly One to One training delivered at the Studio.

Book a 6 week session, session 1 becomes your assessment and baselining session, consultation fee is waived. The remaining 5 sessions are the implementation of your plan.
Teaching Yoga & Pilates is a hands-on occupation! It is my job to assist and guide you into the correct position.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (I have a limited number) and also a large bath towel, this will help protect your back when you are doing the Yoga & Pilates exercises.
Suitable attire is required. Please wear comfy clothing: leggings, t-shirt, shorts, vest top, etc. Bare feet and no jewellery please.
As part of your course you will have access to the Members section of the website and the Members-Only Facebook group. This will be filled with all of the additional information that you will need to help you reach your Yoga & Pilates goal. There will be additional exercises (with supporting videos and photos), discussions on nutrition and the sharing of recipes, a member’s chat facility and I will also be on hand with additional support.
